Our Natural Gas Residential tariff in Tasmania is as follows:

Please Note
Tariff 31, 41, 61 and 22 are now obsolete. Customers with one (or a combination) of these tariffs can retain these tariff structures, however if your connection is already on Tariff 93 or 94 as of 1 July 2024, you will be unable to change your tariff to any of the obsolete tariffs. These obsolete tariffs are also not available for any new connections from 1 July 2024.
Good news! If you have a smart meter, there's no charge for moving in or out.
If you have a basic meter:
Special meter reads: Usually, your meter readings are automatic. However, if a manual reading is needed, it costs between $77 and $128.70.
Power remaining on at the property? These fees are based on the electricity remaining on when you move out.If you need to turn off the power all together, please contact us.
Business hours = Means within business hours, which is before 3 pm on a business day.
After hours = Means after hours, which is after 3 pm, and before 9 pm on a business day, and the customer pays any applicable additional after hours charge.
Business Day = A day that is not a Saturday or Sunday; or a public holiday appointed under the Public Holidays Statutory Holidays Act 2000.
